The refresh rate of a monitor refers to how many times per second the screen updates with new information. It's measured in Hertz (Hz).
Window 11 Users
1. Right-click on your desktop.
2. Click Display settings.
3. Scroll down and click Advanced display settings.
4. Under 'Choose Display', select your monitor display.
5. Scroll down to check/change the Refresh Rate of your monitor.
Window 10 Users
1. Right-click on your desktop.
2. Click Display settings.
3. Scroll down and click Advanced display settings.
4. Under 'Choose Display', select your monitor display.
5. Scroll down to check/change the Refresh Rate of your monitor.
MacOS Users
1. Click The 'Apple' logo from your Mac's task bar.
2. Click System Preferences, followed by Displays.
3. Click Display Settings.
4. Select the display/model.
5. Under Refresh Rate, click on the drop-down menu to access a list of supported refresh rate available for this display.
6. Click Done to save the settings.
